Shipping policy

Frontier Merc currently sells digital products (PDF guides and checklists).

Digital delivery

There is no physical shipping for digital products. After checkout, your download is provided electronically — usually right away in the order confirmation and/or by email to the address you used at checkout.

Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders for the delivery message. You can also access downloads from your order confirmation page when available.

Shipping charges

Digital-only orders are not charged shipping.

Delivery issues

If you do not receive your download, email hello@frontiermerc.com with your order number. We will resend the file or help you access it.

Physical merchandise

If we add physical or print-on-demand products later, shipping timeframes, rates, and carriers for those items will be shown at checkout and on the product page.
